Your generosity and kindness helps Beyond Our Walls (BOWs) provide a Neighborhood Learning Center and Activity Center for families in the North Charleston, SC community who qualify for free or reduced school lunches. BOWs started its 10th year by opening a location in the heart of the Dorchester Terrace neighborhood, which is accessible to several neighborhoods served by Title I funded Public Schools. 

 

We are excited about serving families during the hours schools are closed, holidays, weekends and the summer months. It is our desire to be the neighborhood meeting place, promoting education and developing relationships between children and adults. Every dollar helps us provide a safe and nurturing environment for school children to grow with the help of friends from communities throughout the Tri-County area.
